We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, the GCC and to many countries worldwide.

Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (estimates)

  • United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days
  • GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or because of customs checks.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees in the destination country. Unless they are shown and charged at checkout, these are paid by the recipient.

Address and delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so our courier can reach you. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it at an additional delivery cost.
